Restaurant Manager/Maître d'

Works closely with the Food and Beverage Manager in all the outlets: Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banquet. Supervises daily restaurant operations and assist with menu planning. Assist with the servers on the floor during peak meal periods. Strive to continually improve level of associates’ satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in area of responsibility. Determines training that is needed to accomplish goals then implements plan.

Job Requirements: This is a very “hands on” position and requires a Restaurant Manager/Maître d' who is willing to work weekends and nights. Strong communication skills, the ability to train, motivate and develop employees are just some of the traits in this position.
