Line Cook
Experienced evening line cook in fine dining with hotel banquet experience required. Pastry experience helpful. Some culinary education is preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Weekend Breakfast Line Cook
Experienced breakfast cook to work every Saturday and Sunday from 6am-2pm. Will prepare breakfast buffet items, room services requests, and lunch menu for the bar. Must be dependable and have ability to work with little to no supervision.
Controller
Experienced Hotel Controller with minimum 10 years experience in full-service hotel. Undergraduate degree in Accounting required with CPA preferred. Proficiency with ADP required.
Guest Services Agent
Experienced Guest Services Agent with ability to work a flexible schedule. Must be 25 years of age or older to drive hotel vehicle. Boutique or luxury hotel experience preferred. Must be professional, friendly, service-oriented and articulate.
Restaurant Manager
Experienced fine dining Restaurant Manager needed to oversee *17, a+ Bar and Grill, and Room Service. Must have hotel food & beverage experience, extensive wine knowledge, strong in mixology, ability to work 50+ hour work week. Culinary knowledge helpful. Experience in wine tastings and dinners, special restaurant and bar promotions. Must be proficient in MS Word and Outlook. Experience in Micros required with ability to do Micros programming helpful. Must have a clear understanding of food & beverage cost and labor cost with strong command and understanding of a P&L. Strong leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
Social Catering Manager
Experienced social catering manager with wedding planning and venue experience. Must have sales and marketing experience in the area of weddings and social planning events. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Delphi. Previous hotel social catering experience preferred.
Bartender
Experienced full-time bartender needed to work in our trendy bar. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Experience in mixology, wines, and open and close required. Job includes taking food orders and delivering food to bar guests.
